Six issues added to the latest Errata document that CMS posted 11.24.23 for MDS Data Specifications V3.01.1.

~ Four edits were revised and several mapping changes of items to edits
The revisions will be implemented in production on December 12, 2023 and will be retroactive.
MDS Modifications on assessments between October 1, 2023 and December 12, 2023 will have the edit and mapping changes from these issues applied in assessment validation.
