Internally audit and monitor the whole house and determine if the OBRA MDS is accurately reflecting the Medicaid PDPM level. 2. Implement Triple Check Meeting for Medicaid PDPM patients only. 3. Track Resident quarters. 4. State Medicaid Medical record review audits will occur two times per year. All significant changes MDS assessments will be reviewed by the auditors. 5.
